Addition..Correction...& Extreme Butt Sniffing

Beings of the Universe allow me introduce to you

the newest member of our family.....

Gizmo!

He's not too sure about his new cagemate. Rooney has never been taught how to make friends & influence piglets in a courteous manner....just in his own piglet manner which involves a lot of rubbing against Gizmo while circling him & then shoving his nose up Gizmo's patoot. Gizmo is NOT impressed. He wants to go back to the nurturing environment he was in with his Mama....he doesn't wanna be a big pig. Rooney is pretty excited about the new addition....he's very enthusiastic in his "affections."

And now the correction.....

Baby Bear and BJ are no longer males....they are now females....which explains the mental behavior we were seeing in Baby Bear. She's not mental...she's female! LOL The change in gender has not come as a surprise to the piglets...just to their Moms. We are so thankful that we never introduced them to Rooney! I'm sure he would have enjoyed them immensely!

It's a Boy! & another Boy! & another Boy!

Meet our Boys! We have suddenly become piggy farmers...none of these piggies will be going to market, though!
Blonde boy is Rooney....he's ready for his close up & is quite the hilarious character. He loves giving kisses & cuddles....he's very vocal & curious.

Our 2 black-wild-haired boys are BJ & Baby Bear....BJ is short for Bear Junior...both are named in honor of our Bear Bear that went to heaven earlier this year. They are skittish-scaredy-pigs.....they obviously weren't handled very much by their previous parents.

Baby Bear...he's smaller than his brother BJ & he's a "brown noser"...that's the only way we can tell them apart! He's needing lots of love & affection....he'd rather live in his pigloo....when he's hungry he drags the pigloo over to the food bowl....we have to remove the pigloo

during the day so that we can socialize him.

This is BJ...he's bigger and calmer than his little brother....still not as sociable as Rooney, but with lots of love and attention I'm sure he'll become an attention-whore, too.
